Our graduates become integral members of the households they join, coordinating travel logistics, supporting children's development, and building professional experience within globally-minded families.
We strongly prefer candidates who already hold a valid US visa or have existing authorization to work or travel in the United States. Every placement includes comprehensive insurance and ongoing support throughout the year.
Support children's routines, school pickups, enrichment activities, and creative play. Build real relationships and watch them grow alongside you.
Coordinate family travel, manage itineraries across time zones, and accompany families on domestic and international trips. Expect to see new cities regularly.
Light household coordination, scheduling, and organizational support. You'll develop skills that translate directly to any future career path.
Weekdays roughly 8am to 6pm with guaranteed days off. A live-in position with healthy boundaries.
Accompany families on trips across the US and abroad. All travel costs covered by the family.
Your own room (often private bath) in the family's home. Meals and living expenses included.

Recent graduates or final-year students from universities worldwide with genuine childcare experience.
You're adventurous and adaptable. Comfortable in new environments, cultures, and the pace of an active household.
Organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. A valid driver's license is preferred.
